Artist Profile
Tony Sanchez is a technical director, designer, and stage director hailing from Southern California. He has worked as Technical Director for Centennial High School and has directed pieces such as Matthew M. Hayashi’s original piece Sentences at the 2018 Fullerton College Playwright’s Festival and Director’s Festival. He later took Sentences and directed/produced the piece for the 2018 Hollywood Fringe Festival. Tony’s recent credits include directing a staged reading of an original play, The Hole, for the 2022 Larking House Playwright’s Intensive, and technical direction/scenic/lighting design for 2 original world premiere plays at The Larking House (weirdo or, (make nice), 2023; As We Know Them, 2024).
