For Season 23, we will be determining throughout the year whether our performances need to be performed virtually or if we can open our doors for in-person performances. This means that shows in our Main Series will not be listed in this form until we know for sure. Thank you for your understanding as we work through this challenging time. By reserving your Subscriber Tickets to this performance, you are confirming that: 1) You and everyone in your party are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 identified by The Centers of Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) at www.CDC.gov; 2) You and everyone in your party have not been in contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 symptoms without completing a 14-day quarantine; 3) You and everyone in your party are not under any self-quarantine orders. If you cannot confirm all three of these conditions for everyone in your party, please cancel this order. If you are not able to confirm all three conditions at the time of the performance, you agree to inform Chance Theater's box office staff over the phone or via email. The staff will then cancel your reservation. ** UPDATE -- Based on CDC guidelines, all attendees (ages 2+) -- fully-vaccinated and unvaccinated -- will be required to wear a face-covering while inside Chance Theater, present either proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours (3 days), and bring a government-issued photo ID. Guests may present paper or digital copies for proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test.

By reserving Subscriber Tickets to a "Vaccinated+ Performance," you are attesting that everyone in your party has been fully vaccinated or will be fully vaccinated before entering the theater. You understand that any person with a ticket for a Vaccinated+ Performance who cannot provide the required verification of full vaccination will not be permitted to enter the theater. You further understand that Member Tickets for a Vaccinated+ Performance may not be resold or given to someone else. ** NOTE: You may be sharing the lobby with our family series production, so there may be members in the lobby who have not been vaccinated.
